Policy and Contract
Thank you for choosing Bridal Collections by Stella for your bridal, bridesmaid and special occasion needs. We are excited and more than happy to assist you in any way we can. We are confident that you will be pleased with the workmanship and quality of the designers that we carry. In order to process your order, we need you to understand and agree to the following.
ORDER PROCESS
Once the bride/bridesmaid/client has decided upon the desired designer, dress, color, size, and fabric, we will require a full payment before we can submit your order. This is due to the fact that all the dresses are made to order, NOT custom made, but made to order. You must sign and submit both the order form and the policy/contract form.
FABRIC
All of our designers use the best possible fabrics which include 100% silks. Therefore, fabrics such as dupioni and shantung may contain variations and irregularities which are characteristics of fine silk yarn. These characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the fabric and should not be considered a defect. Please note the fabric color may vary and may not be the exact color you choose from the color cards, samples and swatch books due to variations in dye-lots.
SIZING
Each designer has a size chart with measurements made from standard sizes and ordered by size only based on measurements. We suggest taking your measurements with your clothes on and holding the tape snug, but not tight. This allows for a little extra leeway. We decide on the best size for you according to the manufacturer's size chart. We work closely with each individual designer to provide the best fit for you. Bridal Collections by Stella is not responsible for any measurements taken outside of our stores.
ALTERATIONS
Bridal Collections by Stella does not offer alteration services at this time. Please remember our dresses are made to order, THEY ARE NOT CUSTOM MADE to your specific size. Therefore, the price of the dress/skirt/top/garment does not include alterations. If you decide you need alterations, they can be adjusted after you receive the dress and we can recommend professional tailors. We are not responsible for any alterations made after you receive the garment from us.
DELIVERY
Please allow an average of 12 weeks for delivery of bridesmaids or 3 weeks prior to the date of the event as production can vary on the time of year and 18-20 weeks for bridal garments. Your delivery date is based on when your order is faxed in to the manufacturer and this will not happen until everyone has measurements in and paid in full. You should add 2-3 weeks to this to allow time for any alterations that may need to take place after receiving the garment from us. This is an average time, not a guaranteed time as productions can vary designer to designer.
RUSH ORDERS
Each individual designer can provide rush orders. As these fees can vary depending on bridesmaids and bridal production please check at time of ordering.
SHIPPING
For in-state bridesmaids orders your shipping fee will be $14.50 per dress and out of state residents your shipping fee will be between $21.50 per dress. All bridal shipping will be $21.50, depending on how quickly you need it. All rush orders will incur a $35 shipping fee. If you require shipping outside the U.S. you will be charged according to the price at the time. All shipments will require a signature, if your package is returned to us, you will be charged again for shipping. We ship via UPS, with an additional charge if you need your items overnight.
TAX
All In-State orders will be subject to current Local and State sales tax. All out of State orders will be exempt from sales tax.
PAYMENT
All payments are due in full before your order will be placed into production. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and personal in-state checks with a valid drivers license.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the fact that all garments are made to order, there are no exchanges or returns on all merchandise purchased. All sales are final.
ACCESSORIES
Wraps, sashes, flowers, and handbags are all made to order as well. These items are also an additional cost not included with the dress. Prices for these items will vary with each designer.
